• App features such as floor plan and forum removed.
• App only focuses on Attendance Tracking and Attendance Alerts. 
  
  
• Target Audience : 

• Only Students.
• App for those who wish to use it. 
• Not centralized nor associated with college authorities.
• Why use the app ? :
• It helps students keep track of continuous attendance.
• Update attendance after each attended class. 
• Thus, can keep track if attendance is sufficient.
• Reminder to attend class.
• Tackled issue - Faculties update attendance of multiple classes of a semester at once, leaving students with the situation where they can not do anything about it.
• Challenges to the Project :
• In the scenario the class doesn't take place for reasons such as - it is a public holiday or it got cancelled due to the teacher being absent, the app won't know of it and might mark the students as absent.
• Problem Solution - App user can manually update the attendance in those scenarios, that is, in the case that the student is in the classroom but the class is cancelled, the student can manually reduce that class, thus reducing the total number of classes as well, making it apt with the college calendar.
  Automation feature can be overridden by manual changes.
• What if the students aren't sincere while marking attendance ?
• Problem Solution - The main point to be noted is that this app is for the user to personally keep track of their attendance and is not linked with the attendance that is going to appear once the respective faculty of a subject updates it. Thus, if a student is sincere while marking their attendance, the will app benefit them. 
  Otherwise, at the end of the day, it is the user itself who might have an inconsistent record of their attendance in the app. 
  Therefore, sincerity aids the user itself !
• WorkMate! - V2 Summarized App Functionality :
• Therefore, according to the current version of the plan of the app, it is an automated attendance tracking app where the app detects whether a student is in class or not in class using GPS coordinates (GPS technology used due to its simplicity). 
• How Automatized ? - At initial use of the app, the coordinates have to be saved by the user with respect to the period. From then on, at the time of that period, the phone will compare the coordinates of the user at that moment with the initially saved coordinates. If they are in the same range, it will be marked as "Present". 
• The app also gives a reminder at the time of a period and has an alert system as well, for alerting students with low attendance with "Orange" and "Red" levels of alert.
